SBH series 3D mixer

(1) Main purpose:

This machine is suitable for high uniformity mixing of powdered and granular materials in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, light industry, electronics, mining and metallurgy, national defense industry, and various scientific research units.

(2) Working principle:

The machine consists of a base, a speed regulating motor, a shaft, a rotary connecting rod, and a cylinder. The cylinder of the material is driven by the active shaft to move horizontally and undergo composite movements such as rock and roll, which promotes the material to move in three directions along the cylinder: circumferential, radial, and axial. This achieves the mutual flow, diffusion, and doping of various materials to achieve high uniformity mixing.

This machine is a sterile, dust-free, fully enclosed high-efficiency energy-saving mixer. There is no centrifugal force, specific gravity segregation, layering, or accumulation phenomenon during the mixing of materials. Large loading capacity, short mixing time, and high efficiency.
